Spartanburg, SC – May 2, 2012 – QS/1 is pleased to announce its latest promotions and organizational changes.
These staff members assumed their roles on April 2, 2012:
Ed Willett, a 30 year QS/1 employee, was promoted to vice president of national sales. Willet will oversee healthcare and governmental sales, as well as strategic account representatives and QS/1’s Upgrade department.
Joey Parrish was promoted to director of customer support. With 24 years of service, Parrish is a seasoned member of Customer Support. He recognizes the importance of making sure our customers receive the best technical support available, and in his new role, will leverage his years of experience to enhance our customer support experience.
Rich Muller, a 20 year employee, was promoted to director of regional operations. Muller will work with QS/1’s regional offices which focus on hardware maintenance, on-site training and supporting customer relations. He will also be in charge of QS/1’s extensive training operations.
Tom McLeod, who has been with QS/1 for 33 years, will focus on administration and marketing in his role as one of QS/1’s vice presidents. In addition to marketing, McLeod will oversee financial and administrative functions.
Revonda Spratt expanded her role as vice president of operations. Spratt, a 27 year QS/1 employee, will help grow QS/1’s regional and training operations. She will also continue to oversee Customer Support, Creative Services and Market Analyst Group.
